Join Camila Ramón for a 20 min Beginner Run, designed to help you learn the basics of running, including speed, incline, and proper form. This beginner running class will introduce you to Peloton Tread and its features, helping you build confidence for future workouts. You'll enjoy alternative music as you run, making the experience enjoyable and engaging. This class will work your calves, hamstrings, and quads.
