I love the huge screen and entertainment options. My favorite instructors are Logan Aldridge, Emma Lovewell, Robin Arzon, and Kirsten Ferguson on the tread. I live in Chicago, and the winters are brutal for my walking routine. Having the tread right here at home lets me get my movement in without risking a slip outside.

I originally wrote a review about a month ago. Check out the lowest ratings and you will see my review. About 11 days ago I received a call from Ethan from customer service. He was so nice and apologized for the problems I was having with my touchscreen. He told me he was sending a new screen and would schedule someone to come out and install it. I was thrilled!!! I received the screen 3 days later and a gentleman from Peloton installed it two days ago. It is working great! I can’t thank Ethan and Peloton enough! I really think Peloton, under a new CEO, is trying to correct the issues people are experiencing. Thank you, again, Ethan and Peloton! Feels great to be back on my treadmill!!! Frances
