Join Matt Wilpers for the 10 min Cool Down Row, a session designed to help you transition into recovery after a demanding workout. This warm up / cool down rowing class focuses on gradually lowering your heart rate. Enjoy the rhythmic beats of pop music as you ease your body into a healthy recovery zone. Although it is a brief session, it targets your glutes, hamstrings, and quads effectively. Take this opportunity to unwind and prepare for your next challenge.
