Join Chelsea Jackson Roberts for 60 min Yoga Flow, an intermediate-level vinyasa-style yoga class. In this session, you'll move from one pose to the next, linking each movement with your breath to develop strength, flexibility, and balance. The class features segments such as Body Rolls, Seated Side Bend, Downward Facing Dog Pose, and Crescent Lunge Pose. You'll also experience Low Lunge Twist Pose, Standing Forward Fold Pose, and Pigeon Pose Prep. Enjoy the flow with an electronic music genre to enhance your practice.
