    Cardio workouts, like running, dance cardio, and HIIT are great options for boosting your mood while burning fat. Jogging, cycling, and even walking are also excellent choices to boost your metabolism. What’s more important than burning fat is finding a workout that helps you stay engaged and committed to your fitness goals.

    For most people, dedicating 30 minutes each day to cardio is a safe bet. Consult your doctor or physician to get a more concrete answer as to how cardio can safely fit into your routine.

    When doing a high-intensity interval workout at home, the most important thing is that you have plenty of space to safely complete your exercises. You might find yourself doing a wide range of movement, anything from burpees and jump squats to planks and upright rows. Find a comfortable place to workout where you can focus on the movements and have enough space to safely get through your routine.
