New Program: Upper Body with Tunde
Get ready to get moving. This 4-week program from Peloton instructor Tunde Oyeneyin will challenge you to enhance upper body strength in three classes each week, focusing on push, pull, and core-targeting movements. Track your progress week by week with benchmark tests in every class. Not only will you see your arms and shoulders getting stronger, Tunde notes that “as the muscles in your upper body get stronger, you’ll notice that other parts of your body, such as your back and your core, need to compensate less in everyday movements.” Hello, whole-body benefits! New Collection: Extra Steps

We’ve all heard about the importance of getting your steps in, and now Peloton has guided walks to help get you there. Whatever your step goal is, these 10, 15, and 20 minute classes will have you racking up the steps in no time, all while listening to some of your favorite tunes. Check out the collection and try a class in English or German on the Peloton Tread, Tread+, or App.
New Apparel: Peloton x THE UPSIDE
We partnered with Australian activewear label THE UPSIDE to bring you fresh new styles that deliver on a shared commitment to sustainability and motivation. Featuring high-performance fabrics, ergonomic designs, and versatile layering pieces, this new collection can take you from cycling class to yoga and beyond in style.
New Classes: Post-Meal Outdoor Walks
There are a host of benefits to walking after you eat a meal. (Did someone say no more post-lunch energy slumps?) This month, we added even more Post-Meal Outdoor Walks to the Peloton App, so you can enjoy a guided stroll with your favorite instructors. No workout attire needed—just lace up and go! We suggest taking one of the 5-10 minute classes on flat roads within 60 minutes of a meal. Get in some steps and reap all the healthy benefits of walking after eating on the Peloton App!
New Feature: Create Workouts from Scratch on Strength+
One of our favorite parts of Peloton’s Strength+ App? The ability to create your own workouts to come back to whenever you want with the Workout Generator. Now, we’re introducing even more flexibility to create workouts that fit your goals. In addition to generating a workout with our filters, Members can now build their own workout entirely from scratch using the 500+ movements in our library. Reorder exercises, build circuits, and edit the number of sets and reps, then save it with a unique name and share it with friends and family. Personalizing your workouts with Peloton has never been easier!
