Calisthenics uses your body weight for resistance rather than a weight or resistance band. Peloton offers various calisthenics classes, from full body strength training and bodyweight cardio to barre and Pilates. Because you don’t need any equipment, bodyweight workouts are made for travel. Many bodyweight exercises are also great for beginners, including planks, squats, and hip bridges. While you can find a Bodyweight class type filter in the Strength section of the Peloton App and equipment, you’ll also find some bodyweight classes within the Core, Barre, Pilates, Strength for Sport, Adaptive, and Strength Basics class types, as well as within the Cardio discipline.
